Josh Amos, Creator of the Bar...

Josh was born and raised in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, where a love for craftsmanship and the outdoors runs deep. A skilled metal fabricator and the owner of High Shoals Boats, Josh has a knack for creating things that are both beautiful and built to last. His passion for design and attention to detail came to life when he completely hand-built our mobile bar from the ground up — every piece a reflection of his hard work, creativity, and vision. When he’s not bringing ideas to life in the shop, you can find him out hunting, fishing, or exploring the wild places he loves most, from the rugged hills of home to the mountains of Colorado and Alaska. No matter what he takes on, Josh has a way of doing it with precision, pride, and a little bit of mountain grit.

Peyton Heath, Owner of the Bar...

Having also been born and raised in the Appalachian Mountains, Peyton can only attribute this to where her love for nature, adventure, and creativity began. With a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of North Georgia, she daytimes as an Associate Scientist at a veterinary diagnostic company — bringing precision, curiosity, and care into everything she does. As the owner and creative mind behind the mobile bar, Peyton designed the trailer’s color scheme, décor, and drink menu, blending her scientific attention to detail with her natural eye for style. Her love for the outdoors inspires much of her work, from her passion for hiking and fishing to her travels across the world and her deep connection to the wild beauty of the untouched wilderness. For Peyton, this business is more than a dream realized — it’s a reflection of the places she loves, the people who inspire her, and the craftsmanship that brings it all to life.
